Not Crazy. Hormonal.

THINGS I swear BY.
The skincare, the supplements, the tools I actually use. Updated when something earns its spot or loses it. Not sponsored. Not curated by an agency. Just the things I keep buying.
THE SKINCARE.
The simple routine I actually use. Nothing performative, nothing $400, all of it earned its spot through three years of hormonal acne. Two cleansers because some days require more than others. Niacinamide and an ampoule for the inflammation. A moisturizer that doesn't fight my retinoid. Sunscreen because hyperpigmentation is harder to fix than acne. And the prescription tazarotene that finally moved the needle when nothing else did.

The gentle one, doesn't strip.

Prescription. The strongest retinoid that actually worked for me. Talk to your derm — worth pushing for if OTC retinols haven't moved the needle.

THE SLEEP.
I sleep like someone who has a lot to say to her ceiling. Falling asleep is a project. Staying asleep is a different project. I haven't fully cracked it. But there are a few things that have moved the needle enough that I keep buying them. This list will grow.

The form that doesn't wreck your stomach. Helps with sleep, anxiety, and the luteal phase cliff.

CYCLE TRACKING + DATA.
Tracking your own body is the single highest-leverage thing you can do for hormonal health. Not because the apps are magic — they're not. But because you stop treating every weird month as a fresh personal crisis and start seeing the pattern. These are the two I actually use.
NATURAL CYCLES
FDA-cleared cycle tracking. Pairs with the Oura Ring. Tells you what phase you're in, when you ovulated, when to expect your period.
OURA RING
Tracks temperature, sleep, HRV, and the data that feeds Natural Cycles. The only wearable I keep wearing.
